We cordially invite you to participate in the Plant-Based Proteins 2023 Forum to be held on September 11-12 of this year, at the facilities of the Instituto Potosino de Investigación Científica y Tecnológica, A.C., in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí.
This event will be a hybrid, since it will include the participation of experts through face-to-face presentations and some international speakers in virtual format, having two full days to discuss topics on the importance of vegetable proteins in the development of nutrition and health products, and for the first time, business innovation.
In addition, the forum will also include a theoretical and practical course entitled: Identification of peptides by mass spectrometry, which will address the basics of the technique and the bioinformatics analysis necessary to identify peptides obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation processes in the preparation of plant-based proteins.
In this second edition of the Plant-Based Proteins Forum, we are adding some elements that contribute to the creation of technology-based companies related to the production of healthy foods and functional ingredients. We will have a round table where the innovation of products with plant-based proteins will be discussed, and where you will be able to interact with different actors: industry, researchers and entrepreneurs with the support of the organizing institutions.
